4092 Zetco 3-Piece High Temperature & Fire Safe Stainless Steel Ball Valve BSP Threads
A BSP threaded 3-piece 316 grade stainless steel ball valve for use in refinery, chemical and petrochemical industries where safe and reliable shut-off is required in case of fire. The valve is fitted with a lockable lever handle which can be removed to provide access to the integral ISO 5211 mounting pad for attachment to other valve control equipment.
Design Features
- Investment cast body and ball in 316 grade stainless steel
- Designed to ANSI B16.34 and fire safe design to API 607
- Versatile ISO mounting pad with lockable lever handle (refer p. 3)
- PEEK ball seals to withstand high pressures and temperatures
- Anti-static device to protect valve against sparks that may ignite
- Graphite body gaskets and stem packing ensure fire safe sealing
- Suitable for use with steam
- Internal pressure relief hole for added safety
- Blow-out proof stem to prevent leakage and ensure safety
Production
- Manufactured in Taiwan (R.O.C.) under ISO 9001 QMS
- All valves are pressure tested during production
