4445 & 4446 Zetco 3-Piece Low Temperature Stainless Steel Ball Valve

A full-bore 3-piece investment cast 316 grade stainless steel ball valve with either female NPT or BSPT threaded connections. With high quality internal component materials, design and construction, this valve is supplied cleaned and ungreased ready for use in low temperature applications requiring safe and reliable performance.

Design Features

  • Investment cast body and ball in 316 grade stainless steel
  • Designed to ANSI B16.34
  • Versatile ISO mounting pad with lockable lever handle (refer p. 3)
  • Modified PTFE ball seals for smooth, reliable operation
  • Fitted with anti-static device for spark prevention
  • Internal pressure relief hole on inlet side for added safety when closed
  • Self-adjusting, blow-out proof stem packing to prevent leakage
  • Live loading of packing provides constant sealing pressure

Production

  • Manufactured in Taiwan (R.O.C.) under ISO 9001 QMS
  • All valves are pressure tested during production

  • Size range: DN8 (1/4") to DN50 (2")
  • Female ANSI B1.20.1 (NPT) threaded connections (Series 4445)
  • Female ISO 7/1 Rc (BSPT) threaded connections (Series 4446)

  • Flow control: On/off only, not intended for throttling
  • Temperature range: -60°C to 150°C
  • Max. pressure: 14,800 kPa (refer to graph)
