6208 Zetco AGA Approved DZR Brass Ball Valve Press-fit x Female Lockable
A ball valve for gas installations in DZR brass, AGA approved to AS 4617 (Licence 5301 G) and featuring integral press-fit and female end connections plus a lockable lever handle for added safety and security. The female connection accepts male fittings while the press-fit end connection can be crimped onto copper using a number of popular V profile tools.
Design Features
- Forged dezincification resistant brass body
- Blow-out proof stem to prevent leakage
- Conical PTFE stem sealing system for additional leak protection
- Handle can be locked in the open or closed position

- Manufactured in Italy under ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- All valves are pressure tested during production
- Additional testing to DVGW VP 614

- Size range: DN15 (1/2") to DN50 (2")
- Press-fit connection conforming to AS 3688
- Female ISO 7/1 Rp (BSPP) threaded connection
- Flow control: On/off only, not intended for throttling
- Flow capacity: Full bore
- Temperature range: -20°C to 100°C
- Max. pressure: 2100 kPa (refer to graph)
- According to AS 5601 Table 4.1, the operating pressure of consumer gas piping systems containing copper is 200 kPa
- Use with Viega®, Rothenberger® & KemPress® V-profile tools only
- Must be installed according to accompanying instructions (see p. 3-4)
